About the event
Rose Dhu: A Sanctuary Rediscovered
A Private FAM Tour of Girl Scout Camp Low
The Wellness Chamber of Commerce and the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia have teamed up to help you, your clients, and our community escape the hustle and rediscover nature's power.
Most local leaders know Camp Low as a historic youth retreat. Still, on Tuesday, May 12th, we invite you to see it through a new lens: as Savannah’s premier destination for wellness retreats, festivals, and other events.
During this exclusive "Power Hour" tour, you'll have the opportunity to explore the private 300-acre sanctuary of Rose Dhu Island and personally experience the tranquil and serene atmosphere that this historic island provides.
What to Expect
The Arrival: Trade the city noise for the rustle of 500-year-old cedars.
The Tour: Explore our modernized, climate-controlled lodges and professional meeting spaces. We’ll show you how we balance "rustic charm" with the essential amenities.
The Taste: Are you a caterer? Would you like access to a commercial kitchen? Come see our Lodge, which is designed to provide full-size catered meals and wellness-focused dining options available for your events.
The Moment: Close the hour with a moment of silence at our private marsh-front theater—the perfect preview of the tranquility your team or clients will experience.
